Job Description

- Consultation with domestic and foreign customers regarding inquiries (telephone, email, etc.) - Responding to inquiries from Cambodian customers and providing information on remittance services - Member authentication and member information management - Processing remittance-related tasks, etc. - Telemarketing - Communication with overseas partners regarding remittances

Qualifications

- Cambodian nationals - Currently enrolled university students eligible - Holders of work-eligible visas (D2 for part-time work, D10, F2, F5 visas, etc.) - Proficient in Korean - Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Preferred

- Customer-oriented and meticulous personality - Proficient in MS Office
