Job Description

- Monitor online conversations across social media, Q&A sites, forums, and online communities - Identify relevant discussions where a brand can provide helpful, useful information - Draft natural comments, replies, and short responses that do not sound overly promotional - Help support approved brand communication for healthcare, beauty, skincare, and wellness brands - Track links, posts, replies, screenshots, and activity in Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools - Flag negative reviews, misinformation, complaints, or sensitive discussions - Follow internal guidelines for tone, transparency, and brand safety - Coordinate with the team before responding to sensitive or high-risk topics

Qualifications

- Strong written English - Able to write natural, helpful online replies - Familiar with social media, online communities, Q&A platforms, and comment sections - Good sense for tone, timing, and sensitive topics - Careful when handling healthcare, beauty, skincare, and wellness-related information - Organized and able to track links, posts, replies, screenshots, and follow-up tasks - Able to follow internal brand guidelines and approval processes - Comfortable supporting multiple brand accounts and communication styles - Able to work hybrid from our office in Gangnam/Sinsa - Korean ability is a plus, but not required
