[SKIN1004] China Live Commerce Operations (Contract Position)

Job Description

• Identifying, recruiting, and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Content Creators (KOCs) for Chinese live commerce • Planning itineraries and supporting on-site operations (live commerce and content filming) for influencers visiting China • Identifying Unique Selling Points (USPs) and planning and producing product introduction materials and proposals • Sending and shipping product samples for sales and KOLs/KOCs, as well as managing inventory • Supporting sales settlements and financial closing by channel • Market research for new products and China-exclusive products • Chinese-language business communication and collaboration between the Korean headquarters and relevant departments

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in live commerce or e-commerce • Candidates capable of business communication in Chinese • For Chinese nationals, candidates capable of business communication in Korean (TOPIK Level 6 or higher) • For foreign nationals, holders of a legal visa allowing for 40 hours (full-time) work (E, F visa)

• High understanding of live commerce • Interest in the cosmetics and beauty industry or relevant practical experience • Experience working in the Chinese beauty and cosmetics industry • Excellent proficiency in data management and operational tools such as ERP and Excel • Meticulous work skills and excellent communication capabilities
