Job Description

Carrotworld is an experiential English program where children use English while exploring real-world locations such as museums, nature, and cultural spaces. Main Responsibilities • Conducting English experience programs for elementary school students • Conducting field activities at museums, parks, and cultural spaces • Teaching English lessons using prepared workbooks and activity materials • Encouraging observation, questioning, and presentation activities through conversations with children in English • Ensuring children's safety during travel and activities • Conducting brief preliminary meetings and reviewing activity details before the program begins The program primarily runs on weekends, and participation is optional depending on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to teach and converse naturally in English • Enjoy activities with children • Bright and proactive, able to engage children • Responsible and punctual • Holder of a visa legally allowing work in Korea • Able to work on weekends

Preferred

• Experience teaching English to preschoolers and elementary school students • Experience with activity-based classes such as English camps, field trips, and after-school programs • Experience living in Korea and comfortable communicating with Korean children • Majors in education, child development, or English-related fields • Ability to participate in the Carrotworld program for an extended period • Ability to cooperate with photography and simple activity documentation

• Work Location: Experience sites in Seoul and the metropolitan area • Work Days: Primarily weekends; program schedules will be provided in advance • Working Hours: Approximately 3–5 hours depending on the program • Salary: Negotiable based on the program and working hours • Class materials and program guides provided Carrotworld is not just a simple English class, but an experiential educational program designed to help children experience the real world and express themselves in English.
